Christmas Triage

Let's get you back up and running as quick as possible

Tell us what's going on and our team will reply on your case. You'll get a link to it you can share in the Baldrick community.

Quickest: start your case from Baldrick Buddy

Buddy finds your boards and FPP, checks their settings, and opens this form with your boards, firmware and settings already attached. That's usually everything we need to start, and you won't have to dig out a debugging file.

  1. Get Baldrick Buddy for your computer, phone or tablet, and let it find your boards.
  2. Press Get help in Buddy and describe the problem.

Can't use Buddy? Fill in the form below instead.

So we can send you updates and you can edit / mark as solved

Please be as descriptive as possible. LIGHTS DO NOT WORK is not helpful, but lights on port 5 are showing the wrong colours when FPP is playing does.

max 10MB · .json

Download the debugging file from Help > Debugging Info on your board, then drop it here. This is one of the most useful things you can send us.

Where to find it: scroll to the bottom of the board screen and look in the Help section.

Click `Debugging Info`, save the file, then upload it here.

0 / 10 files (max 100MB each)

Things that are normally helpful to include:

  • Baldrick Interface (the Status section and Ports)
  • FPP Outputs page (If Relevant)
  • An example of the issue (flickering or slowness)
max 100MB · no sequences

Zip the show folder only. Do not include sequences. They make the zip huge and we do not need them. We extract ILightThat controller settings from `xlights_networks.xml` and matching props from `xlights_rgbeffects.xml`.

Leave blank if you've attached the debugging file and we'll read it from there.

This is enough basic information to start with, so you can create a case now.
