If I adjust it to 4 and click the save button but then refresh the page it reverts back to 6

Current Issue

On my BaldrickSignals board the Base Device Count defaults to 6. If I adjust it to 4 and click the save button but then refresh the page it reverts back to 6. Plus in the graph, even if it says it's at 6, I'm seeing hits lower than 6. I'm running it on Brave (which my attached video is showing) but I tried it on Edge with the same results.

What have they tried?

Tried rebooting. Running Brave browser but had same effect with Edge browser.

Possible Solutions

ChatBotDom

ChatBotDom suggests

Unable to connect to board

Whilst this might be out of my power to solve, double check that the power cables are thick enough for the controller, that the ethernet is going to a router or switch. (The Baldrick won't work connected directly to the computer if it doesn't have a DCHP server).

If that doesn't work swap out the ethernet cables are those things can be finicky, take a look at the ethernet power, both lights green and orange should be flashing.

Where can I find the board dimensions?

The board Dimensions can be found at https://www.baldrickboard.com/en/fun-stuff/board-dimensions
