Cannot connect to the board to set static ip

Ever since I upgraded my Baldrick8 firmware from whatever version was out in Dec 2024 to v3

Network does not react to router, pc or laptop. Not possible to connect or setup board

As soon as I reboot the board or use the test function on the baldrick board, the pixels stay off

Disconnected power to mow the lawn turn back on that night and only 20pixels turn on white half way around string 5 , no other pixels come on

Tried board reset by turning power off, holding down B3, power on and waiting 10 seconds

When I power everything up on my 17 and put it in test mode the first 5 channels do not work. If I unplug the strand and put it back in works

This time around I've exhausted all options to get board to work again. the B3 is held when power off, through power up, boot & for 10 seconds
