If support have asked for a report from Baldrick Buddy, this is how to send one. It shows them your boards and show players and how they're set up, so they can see what's going on without a long list of questions.
StepsSend the report
Get Baldrick Buddy 0.8.0 or later: from the App Store on iPhone and iPad, Google Play on Android, the Microsoft Store on Windows, or download it for Mac, Windows or Linux. If you already have Buddy, update it first.
Open it on a phone or computer on the same network as your boards and show player. If it asks to find devices on your local network, allow it, or it won't find your boards.
Open Get help. It's in the More menu (⋯) at the top of the Boards page, and in Settings.
Under Case number, if you already have one, enter the case number from your case email.
Press Send and add to case, which ends with your case number. Your case opens in your browser: check what Buddy found and press Add to case. You may be asked for the access code from your case email first.
If your phone or computer is on a show network without internet, connect it to one with internet before you press Send.

Your boards' types, firmware, names and addresses, your show players, and their network and output settings. Board settings are sent without their passwords.
